The Edmonton Oilers extended their improbable Stanley Cup Finals run on Friday, forcing a Game 7 in the series against the Florida Panthers with a 5-1 win at Rogers Place.

With the series tied 3-3, the Oilers will host the Panthers for a winner-take-all matchup on Saturday night. It's the first time in franchise history that the Oilers have forced a Game 7 in the Stanley Cup Finals.
